NEXTGEN WISE Forum 2021: The Value of Gender Diversity

LIVE VIRTUAL FORUM 2021: The Value of Gender Diversity

Join our hosts, John Walters and Susan Searle, for the NEXTGEN WISE (Women Inspiring Success & Empowerment) Forum 2021 - to be held virtually on 1st December 2021 - as we explore the theme “The Value of Gender Diversity” and why organisations need a healthy ratio of women at all levels to be competitive, modern, differentiated, innovative, and sustainable.

Since its inception in 2011, NEXTGEN has advocated for equality and diversity across gender, race, religion, nationality and sexuality. This is a business imperative that provides the right foundation for teamwork, innovation, thought leadership, customer centricity and an empathic community orientated model.

The NEXTGEN WISE Forum was initiated three years ago as an active measure to support these values and to promote and advance women in the technology industry specifically. Once again we have assembled an extraordinary line up of keynote speakers to share their insight and experience:

x BONNIE BOEZEMAN AO: Former MD and Chair of Time Life Australia and Chair of PayPal Australia
x MICHELE LEMMENS: Head of Business Sustainability & CTO APAC, TATA Consulting
x DAVID MORRISON AO: Australian of the Year in 2016 & Chief of Army 2011–15
x KATE POUNDER: Chief Executive Officer, Technology Council of Australia
