NEXTGEN adds Forcepoint to expanding Singapore portfolio

Reported in Channel Asia, NEXTGEN Asia has sharpened its FY21 focus on the emerging Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) market alongside market-leading DLP offerings by adding to its portfolio cybersecurity solutions from Forcepoint, a leading user and data protection cybersecurity company favoured by enterprise and government clients around the world

In a recent report, third-party analyst Gartner recognized Forcepoint as a representative vendor within the SASE market which is expected to grow to USD$5billion by 2024.At least 40% of enterprises are developing strategies to adopt a converged, cloud-delivered SASE architecture, up from less than 1% in late 2018.

SASE will be as disruptive to network and network security architectures as IaaS was to the architecture for data centre design and represents a similar opportunity for the channel as security and risk management professionals are compelled to rethink and redesign their architectures.

We know that  attackers will gain access to critical corporate resources and data which could cause irreparable harm to a business and its brand, and so we offer data protection products which get ahead of the breach. Forcepoint’s partnership with NEXTGEN will strengthen our world-class partner network, and offer our mutual customers the  support they need to achieve their own business objectives.”

“NEXTGEN is highly selective about the technology partners we choose to work with, focusing on the world's leading enterprise software providers, and we are thrilled to be part of Forcepoint’s APAC go to market and to be able to support the channel with the necessary resources to ensure success.” said NEXTGEN Asia EVP and MD, Wendy O’Keeffe. “NEXTGEN Group is a hub of collaboration within the channel that makes it easier for technology partners to do business with international vendors on what are often complex and ever-changing product suites.
